About us

PAUL KINANE
Managing Director

Paul has been riding thoroughbreds since the tender age of 6. Initiated by his father,
Tommy, asked Paul to lead the string over hurdles, when a staff member did not
show up one morning! Despite this deep end introduction, his passion for jumping
and racing never quenched.

Paul enjoyed an illustrious career in the saddle and was crowned champion
conditional jockey in 1988. He notched numerous wins, notably 4yr old Champion
Hurdle in Punchestown for Joe Crowley, The McGregor Grant in New Zealand,
and the Purcell Exports Hurdle final in Fairyhouse. After global exposure riding
internationally as a jockey in New Zealand, Japan and Canada he returned to
Ireland but was unfortunately forced to retire in 1997 due to ill fated injury.

With opportunity lining every cloud, Paul reinvented his career and began trading
in bloodstock. Paul’s talent and eye for a horse quickly became apparent, having
selected the dam (add name of horse) that went onto breed Epsom Derby winner.
Paul has sold many Classic and Group winners across Europe and has also supplied
innumerable hunting horses in Ireland, England and France.

Paul’s extensive experience and intimate knowledge of the industry is available for
consultation, management and as a shrewd purchaser of horses.
